Kano was created by Sara Farrag-Kramer in 2018. After following various creative paths she returned to her original silversmith training with a newfound love and appreciation for jewellery making. Sara has a collective experience of 10 years in the jewellery industry, starting during her work experience times from school to now.
All the items are crafted in Sara’s small Norwich based workshop. Created by hand from their raw state - the resulting shapes and pieces are contemporary in style but carry with them inspiration from many sources; the ancient works of classical and non-classical cultures and the natural organic shapes that can be found in rocks, landscapes and earthworks.
Kano strives to be a conscious business. All our packaging is recyclable, and alot of the raw materials are obtained from reclaimed sources or are recycled.
