Lead Times
We usually suggest a 1 to 3 week lead time to make the item - if you require an item sooner please get in touch to discuss!
Shipping
All items are shipped with Royal Mail’s Second Class Signed For service, covering the buyer with insurance up to the value of £50.
Parcels will be sent with a proof of postage.
Kano is not liable for any items lost or damaged in the post.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you'd like to return or exchange an item please email contact@kano-kano.com within 7 days of purchase.
We are unable to cover any postage costs and upon reciept of the item in its original sold condition we will issue the refund.
We are not able to cover returns on seconds or items where it is noted.
If you are unsure, it is always a good idea to request additional photos before buying anything, which we are happy to do!
